The brief

The Scandinavian Creative AI Summit needed its 2024 edition captured as a film that could carry the day to everyone who wasn't in the room — and a set of speaker interviews the organisers could use on their own channels and pass on to partners.

What we did

We covered the day at Industriens Hus in Copenhagen — the talks, the room and the breaks in between — and cut a three-minute film built around what the speakers actually said, using the summit's own "Welcome to SCAISU" track and their licensed typefaces so the on-screen text matched the identity. It went through several rounds on Frame.io with the organisers, tightening the pacing and the order the speakers appear in, before we mastered it in 4K. Alongside the film we cut four full speaker interviews.

The result

The film became the record of the edition, and the interviews were shared onward to partners including Dansk Industri. The year after we cut three short versions for LinkedIn to sell the next summit, and the collaboration has carried on into the editions since.
