The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with us. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and job title, postal address, payment and invoicing information, and IP address. If you appear in video, photo, or audio material produced by us, we may also process your image, voice, and likeness.
Communication and enquiries. When you contact us via email, phone, or our website contact form, we process your data to respond to your enquiry and evaluate whether we can assist you. Legal basis: Legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Quotations and project management. When you become a client, we process your data to prepare quotations, manage the project, issue invoices, and ensure correct delivery. Legal basis: Performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Bookkeeping. We store invoices and related documents containing personal data for accounting purposes as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Legal basis: Legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Retention: minimum 5 years after the end of the financial year.
Video, photo, and audio production. When we produce content featuring individuals (e.g. employees, event attendees, talent), we may process their image and voice. Marketing. We may use your contact information to send you relevant updates or information about our services. We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry data from potential clients is deleted when the dialogue has ended and there is no longer a business purpose. Client project data is archived after final delivery and payment, and retained as long as necessary for warranty, complaints, and legal claims. Accounting data is stored for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the relevant financial year. Production material (raw footage, photos) is stored for up to 90 days after final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with trusted data processors who help us deliver our services, for example cloud storage providers, accounting software, and project management tools. All processors are bound by data processing agreements in accordance with GDPR Article 28. We primarily use processors within the EU/EEA. Where processors outside the EU/EEA are used, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. We regularly review our security measures and data processing practices.
